Some interesting stuff about how that set up came to be.

An odd thought I've had though. Are the Norse Gods only the gods to the dwarves? Because aren't they really the gods to the whole of the North? I'm sure when Roy died it's mentioned he could have been a cleric and worshipped them but didn't want to.

But it's always dwarf souls we see.

It's always dwarf souls we see in Hel's domain, and we haven't really seen any others. Considering the arrangement, that's not particularly surprising.

Apparently Lawful Stupid applies not only to Miko, but also to Hel.

The terms of the deal are that Hel can't have mortal clerics. That means she has no marketing department and so nothing to draw souls into her realm other than the default dominion over dwarves.

Other Northern gods might be different.

Get with the times! 1088 is already up.

It's almost like Rich has figured out update schedules or something.

(Probably not).

I think it's pretty safe to say that every memory Durkon voluntarily gives up has something in it that works to the disadvantage of the vampires. It doesn't even need to be "he knows something changed since this memory", it could be just the worst of a set of options where he isn't showing the others.

It might just be me, but I'm seeing at the very least a bard, a fighter, a paladin and a rogue. No chance Durkon's extended family are a dangerous adventuring party and the vampires are about to wander in their front door?

I thought ALL Demihuman families were extended adventuring groups....
I've been asked why I still follow a few of the people I know on Facebook with 'interesting political habits and view points'.

It's so when they comment on or approve of something, I know what pages to block/what not to vote for.

And the main cast looks like they're about to be filled on the Origin of PCs backstory for Durkon.

And if they'd just kept him at home, that would never have happened. See: Self-Fulfilling Prophecy.

As far as we know yes, and in fact it's highly likely considering the dwarven lifespan.
