I think the one with Margaery and Loras especially would've been good to stay in - a lot of people who didn't read the books would have appreciated the end of Blackwater (i.e. what armor Loras was wearing) if it had. Not to mention it highlights the supernatural nature of what happened.

Sandor and Sansa is the big scene that should have stayed in. It's the only scene that really illustrates the "little bird" storyline properly (since they seem to be TRYING to get a translation of the book here). At the very least, we got a sense that he has a real (creepy) thing for her, not just a protective instinct. Although Sandor still hasn't really gotten vicious enough to properly illustrate the Hound. He's just a cool guy with a burnt face. He's not disturbing. Or is this just me projecting my book images all over the series (I try not to do that)?

It also makes the "no, little bird, I won't hurt you" line from Blackwater make quite a bit more sense.

The rest are honestly forgettable. Irri and Doreah would have made Dany's eventual judgement more understandable, but I honestly think it worked better to give her shades of being cold and unforgiving. Made her more... imperial.

EDIT: Oh, I suppose the running gag of Littlefinger not being able to get past dick jokes when talking to Varys is pretty funny.

sandor sansa was okay, and the margery/loras scene would have been nice. The littlefinger-varys video only makes his accent more grating, if possible and we didn't need any more murder porn last season, so the dothraki scene was a good cut.
