I'm guessing he's finished his fight with the other dragon.

That's Franz... (Or the two ghoul-ish things from the Cathedral, but they use a different font in their speech bubble, and I can't see how they fly...)

Agatha flying on Franz with a lightning stick on steroids... This will be legen - Wait for it! - dary

Pretty sure that's the point. Fire the lightning stick at the lightning rods for powering undead abominations of science (you know they're there) and jumpstart the castle.

Or maybe just simply jump really high?

Nice hat, Franz!

And I guess he uses his... "built-in"... rocket booster. Runs on baked beans and the entrails of slayed enemies... :D

Is Gil's left hand mutated?

Guess Gil has been wasped and Lucrezia's plan is to destroy the influence of the Heterodyne.

I think it is Gil. If it's not though, it's probably Boris.

And whew! For a few days there I though Agatha would be taken away before she could fire up the lightning rod. And then we would have to wait another year or two to see the castle up and running.

I sure hope I'm not speaking too soon...

Since when has that argument ever worked on a spark?

I predict heavy airship debris downpour in certain areas of Mechanicsburg. That zap should do nicely to revive the flyers and then some...

Also, Mechanicsburg in flames - pfft. That's less damaged than some 'dynes have done while partying HARD.

Wait. Did all characters suffer from some sort of mind wipe? Gil, when he was last seen captured, relents, even though he knows his father is wasped, and is basically told by his father that he cannot harm Agatha, making it a meaningless threat.

This [pseudo-?]Gil, ignorant of the Baron's attack ongoing around him, is saying that the Baron shall protect Agatha. (arguably a baseless claim, and this Gil should at least know Agatha doesn't know? Or maybe he is testing Agatha?)

The comic is making less sense to me now, or maybe something went over my head?

It's possible Gil is an imposter, or wasped, or doing exactly as he said he would and capturing Agatha so the Baron won't kill her. Or he's trying to get her to come with him to Castle Wulfenbach as his 'prisoner' so he can enact some fiendishly complicated contingency plan to save Agatha, the Empire and his father, probably involving Punch and Judy somehow.

Alternatively, it's Wooster in a MI-style facemask, evacuating Agatha with deception purely because he can't use force and Gil will murder him if he leaves her there.

Or it's something else entirely. We may have to wait and see.
