I didn't like how the last season ended. I know each episode is one hour, but doesn't anyone have enough spare time to call Edelstein for a bit?
The addition of Kalinda's husband seems to be an attempt for subplot/off-plot comedic relief much like Eli Gold's... escapades while staying within the confines of FCC censorship.
The trustee is interesting and it was a nice twist at the end of the latest episode to see Lockhart-Gardner not immediately out of the hole it dug itself, with the clients settling with Neil Gross.
