Doesn't wolverine's healing replace cells, organs, neurons, etc. so that he'll never die of old age? If so, I'll take that. If not, simple immortality will do fine.

If the question was to choose a hero to have the powers of rather than one single power, I'd take the powers of Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen. He was omnipotent for all intents and purposes.
