1. The Emperor (Star Wars)
2. Damiein (The Omen)
3. Alien Queen (Aliens)
4. Hannibal Lector (Silence of the Lambs)
5. Hitler (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade)

I would've put the bastard who gave Anna Nicole Smith her show, but he isn't a movie villian. Still, an honorable mentoin for being that evil.

Now I'm going to be executed for not including DOOM on that list. Oops, here he comes now...

You're right, I've been doing much socializing recently, so I haven't been around as much. Thanks for noticing! *kisses Durran's cheek* :D

We aren't listing who's the most evil, we're lising our favourite villians. Totally different thing.

It's the accent and the cloak that make him one of my favourite bad guys, very cliche, but still sinister and menacing - ok, he's no Darth Vader, but then again, Darth Vader is hardly the personification of evil himself.

As Zaia said, this is favourite bad guys. Not the best bad guys. :P

That said, both Vader and Malfoy can kill with little more than a thought or a wave of a wand, both can inflict limitless pain on their opponents using the force or a spell, both are servants to a greater evil. And Malfoy has wormed his way into politics and things, presenting the image of goodness whilst really biding his time. To date, we have seen no good in Malfoy, but Vader did have good in him in the end. I suppose it all depends on how you interpret it, this isnt really an opening to a hi-jack debate about who is the best bad guy, I was just pointing out that you could argue the case for both sides.

Dr Doom is the ever lovable super villain of the Fantastic Four, and mostly his demeanor and catchy one liners...such as "Who DARES!" and "Zounds!" garner him his high placement.

That and he has Doombots just in case you actually think you get Doom, you in reality only got his robot duplicate.

That and he is one of the few Marvel villains that hasn't been completely bastardized by some punk writer.

One of my personal fav actors is Vincent Price, he has start as a bad guy in a lot of older flicks and he always seems to pull it off, Dr.Phibes(not sure if that's the right spelling) is one of my all time fav flicks death trap city for the poor chumps in the Dr.Phibe's movies

Dr.Doom a classic bad guy

Freddy Kurger :-)

Darth Vader, no one and I mean no one does a choke hold better then him.

and so many more that if I was to list them all I'd be writing this post for a year or so.

Hell yeah, he does. His speech patterns are what make him great. That, and his ego. The only thing I like about the "Unthinkable" storyarc is that they're emphasizing Doom hating Richards for being arrogant. Ironic, n'est-ce pas?

Oh, and for all you Doom fans: the tagline for the Fantastic Four movie coming out next year is "Earth. Wind. Fire. Water. And Doom."

Yeah, and I guess they consider Mr. Fantastic to represent water.

Zounds? Dr. Doom sounds like a really impressive villain. note: I am not being serious. I am being completely sarcastic as I type this...I mean as I typed that, which I did several moments ago but which you do not realize because the post format does not allow for the passage of time. Thank you.

1) The Joker
2) Darth Vader
3) Hannibal Lector
4) The Borg (before they started sucking)
5) Eminem

In no particular order.
