the other grand admirals' names?

We haven't met them all, but one of them was Grand Admiral Zaarin, who was in charge of Imperial R&D before he betrayed the Empire along with Admiral Harkov and his fleet. That took over half of the Imperial's total fleet in his coup d'etat, and he even managed to capture the Emperor, briefly, before being foiled. Grand Admiral Thrawn eventually hunted him down and killed him.

I saw a list once, I believe most of them are at Saxton's site

What part of the EU is this from? I'm guessing comics since it's so drastic.
