Darth Revan's holocron was almost dead by the time Bane found it (it's crystal was faulty). Bane destroyed it when he had learned everything he could from it.

The holocrons currently known to be in Krayt's possession were those of XoXaan, Darth Andeddu, Darth Nihilus, Darth Bane, and his own holocron.
