Pah, could have been more but I suspect this is still higher then average for securities fraud on this scale, which was relatively small as those things go and unlike the usual result, actually saw investors turn a profit long term apparently. And that's the stuff a judge can consider in the case, not that the person was a complete jackass on other subjects.
