It does not appear that MSNBC is live streaming, if they are they are incompetent about advertising that fact. But then Firefox and MSNBC's website are not playing well at the moment.

As always for debate this thread will be lose impressions and play by plays rather than the traditional long discussion and follows in the tradition of the debate threads before it.

Also, most borrowing isn't from foreign countries. It's done by private individuals and businesses plus the Federal Reserve (by far the biggest single holder of US public debt).
