Good times, Wayne.

That was awesome, pure class all the way. I love the Trekkie with the two guys on his shirt.

That was from a Kirk/Spock slash Trekkie site!

I didn't pick that up the first time around but after another viewing I can make out Kirk.

I have to say, the moderators voice compared to the Warsie and Trekky is kinda quiet.

Thanks. And I loved that one of the trektards had the same voice as ol' Melvin Lyingtard.

That was beautiful. From my limited understanding of the debate's history, I think that summed it up pretty well.

I thought that the best picture was the one that showed the Death Star blowing up the twin towers. Also, I liked it how the Warsie was inexplicably typing in what looked like a diner, while DarkStar had his swamp hut.

Who's the third guy in the Warsie support group? I see Curtis Saxon and Poe. I would suspect that the third guy is Mike Wong, but I remain convinced that Wong resembles a scowling green muppet in a dark robe.

Yeah, that's Mike

It was a tossup between that picture and the one where he's holding the machine gun! I should have put all three of us in a Taliban headress!

Bravo mr. Poe. Well done. I especially liked how the Trekkies moved slowly from inaccurate distortions to outright denial, just like in real life. Although I think it would have been more realistic had there been more trekkies initially who then jump ship later on for green fandoms that are less full of technobable. The current batch of Trekkies has been significantly culled from what it once was, correct?

Come on, no one will believe this is an accurate representation of the history of the debate. In the video, Scooter actually has friends! Couldn't you have made his cabin more like the description from "The Truth Comes Knocking" or is that not possible with "The Movies"/too much work? I want milk crates, not cushioned arm chairs, damn it!!!

Well, you wouldn't really want to see a realistic depiction of a hardcore Trekkie fanatic's life. I imagine it would be kind of funny at first, but then it would become sad and depressing as you realize how bleak this person's life is, and how much he relies upon his Trek fandom to inject some semblance of meaning into his otherwise desolate existence. You might even start feeling sorry for him.

I was half-expecting the host to say "stay tuned for an example of this, in Sullust to Endor!" at the end.

The part where Darkstar was reading the AOTC ICS was possibly the most hilarious part of the whole movie.

Wonderful job!

I do wonder why a trekkie would have a picture of the DS blowing up the twin towers in his house, though. That poster confused me.

Probably a parody of Darkstar comparing the vs debate to WW2 with himself and his loyal cocksuckers as the Allies and teh 3v!l warsies as the Nazis.
