coolest DQ race?

Post by Jason von Evil »

Which race from the Delta Quadrent do you think is the coolest? My choice would be the Hirogen, the whole hunting aspect was cool and their weapons were wicked.

Haven't watched enough of Voyager to say accurately, but I'll say Borg.

The Hirogen were nice... although stale and flat. They could have done so much with them. You'd think that an ancient, decentralized species would have a bit more variation in career options, don't you think?

They lived for the hunt, it was all they knew.

I didn,t like any of the DQ species. I liked the Borg when they where in TNG but once we got to Voyager I got sick of the Queen .

Because I've never seen a Borg Voyager episode, tell me, is the Queen in Voyager the same as the one in Worst Contact?

the Voth, the first race in Trek that after listening to the big speech by the Starfleet officer, is going to do the evil thing anyway. Now that is cool.

Maybe I was just hungry when I read the title... but I swore you were talking about Dairy Queen...

in which case I'll go for a large blue-berry Blizzard with heath bar bits.

I'd have to say that alien that knew all about wormholes. (The one when aggitated, would rapidly inflate and deflate airsacks where a human's nose would be. I just about busted a gut when I saw that for the first time.)

This ancient race that use to have transwarp tunnels all over the DQ and voyager awoke them. (They couldn't do much since their technology was out of date)

The Voth weren't too bad, since they are originally from the Alpha Quadrant and had some kewl technology that has actual practical uses.
