Through a bend in the space time continuum, both Charlie from the TOS episode Charlie X and Kes from the Voyager episode Voyager meet on Risa. Taking an instant dislike to each other, they fight. Who wins?

Assume any interference by higher beings will be negated by Trelane, who set up the match for fun.

Having not seen the relevant episode(s) of Voyager, I will simply observe that it is REALLY HARD to quantify the powers of godlike beings who can manipulate the controls of starships at will. We also don't know if Charlie's power to make people "go away" and so forth work on other entities of comparable power- it seems likely that they do not, given how the episode ends.

Hmmm, well IIRC Fury Kes wasn't that impressive either. All she did was blow up a few bulkheads, use the warp core to travel back in time, and get killed by Past-Janeway's phaser (she was immune to the stun setting, but the kill setting still worked like a charm.) No warp core here, so no time travel shenanigans.

Fury Kes is an evolution of The Gift Kes, who threw Voyager 10,000 light years in about 10 seconds.

She can also manipulate time and space even before touching the warp core (that just gave her a temporary power boost)

Fury Kes, being an evolution of The Gift Kes, is able to burst blood vessels in the head as well as go to the sub-atomic "and beyond" to manipulate matter and energy. She's telekinetic as well. She's telepathic. And she can set your face to "boil" mode.

Fury Kes can also touch living things and drain their life force - as well as the opposite - she can restore life.

She isn't a push over. Though she has a conscience and is less impulsive than Charlie X.
