It's been a long time since I posted anything. I am still at it and after watching the OG Transformers movie last week I started working on a Cyclonus model. Tell me what you guys think.

That is incredible.

I feel like the abrupt change in profile at the front is a bit off-putting; I find the cowl alone more aesthetically attractive than the spike with the cowl, though I presume the spike is a quiet spike?

What software did you make this in? I remember you used SketchUp before, but I feel like SketchUp would die under the load of that many curved surfaces.

Thats just how cyclonus looks.

And I still use Sketchup for the modeling and Kerkythea for the rendering.

Ah.

How many vertices and faces is it? Kerkythea has definitely improved since I last used it.

Sketchup says its 29862 Faces and 64170 Edges.

Working on diversifying my ship layouts. I kind of went nuts on the deployable weapons ports.

If those are to scale, dang Cyclonus is big.

Seeing as Galvatron could sit in his cockpit I would say it’s pretty accurate.
