Still, PM about what's wrong [if there is anything wrong] with the images...

Yup, with Garry Mitchael/Proteus, Kirk hitting on Jean, a Vulcan nerve pinch being useless on Wolverine and Gladiator PWNing the enterprise. Pretty nice art in ot also.

I've got both. And the novel that followed the second one, "Planet X" by Michael Jan Friedman (released by Pocket Books under the Star Trek license).

For those who don't know, the crossover shown above was the first, done - IIRC - to celebrate Marvel getting the contract for Trek comics.

Then, they did a second crossover, this time with the TNG crew - the plot was after First Contact and that when the Enterprise-E entered the time rift at the end to go home, they instead would up in the Marvel universe. The villain was Kang the Conquerer, who tries to trick them into "fixing" time-space in a way that would let him control it.

It features, among other things, Data taking a punch from Colossus and skidding across the room, and a few.... choice fights.

I know the answer to this is probably no but I must ask. Did anyone wonder at how much alike Picard and Professor X looked?
