The pics are a bit blurry, so it's hard to make out some of the detail. It looks like you went with a fairly blocky camo pattern on your German vehicles. You also might want to spruce up your infantry bases a bit. I'm not a diehard modeller myself, but I like to at least put a layer of flock down.
What sort of Germans are those? Gepanzerte Panzergrenadiers?

A German panzer grenadier platoon with 4 half tracks.

Oberst rettermeier in a pz iii j
4 pz if mid war monsters with 2 being modded with 37 mm cannons instead of machine guns.
And a recon brigade consisting of a sdkfz 222 armored car, a sdkfz 232 8 rad armored car and a panzer II luchs with a 50 mm gun.
I am not done with them as you are correct in noticing that I have to base them with dirt and grass. In case you were wondering the soviets have 3 Sherman tanks kaptian Nevsky in a Sherman and a SMG company. The pics were taken with my iPad camera so that probably explains some of the blurry ness.
Yes they are lend lease Sherman or emchas as the Russians called them. I like to model the unusual so that's why mid war monsters and lend lease Russian Shermans are in my collection
Some of my Germanoids. A bunker, one of my lolzier Fallschirmjäger teams (they're all armed with StG44s), and a Panther Ausf A. I tried to achieve a Splinter variant look on the infantry, and went with an approximation of a Dunkelgelb/Rotbraun/Olivgrun 3-color pattern on the Panther.
