Re: New Godzilla movie
I'm a big Godzilla's fan, I own all the movies, and even watched those I don't have english subtitles for. That said, I also loved The Mist. Mainly because of how the ending was well done. Once in a while, a bad finish makes that much bigger of an impact. For an American Godzilla movie to be success...

So we get 3 country filled with impressive suits of armor, that have no ammunition?
How hard would it be to build ammunition for them?

Re: Babylon 5 - 20 Years Later
I loved B5, I recently watched the last made for tv movie they made. The main problem I've had with the show, is that it tried to do too much, yes JMS wanted to avoid the kid's stuff, such as cute robots, and unecessary kids, however, he should have cut on the flat humor that really fell short. The ...

40k space marine VS Murbella
I am a big fan of both Dune universe, and 40k, I was wondering... Do you think that Murbella, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murbella for a quick refresh, could beat a space marine? I've always wondered who would win also between Murbella and Miles Teg, and if they both could stand to any Astarte, or ...

Re: Reason with me on my questions and statements. Please.
Simple logic says if you put enough energy into it, it will punch through. Example, Abraham tank, M1A1, lets be fair, and then use a baseball, I am sure everyone would agree that no one can throw a baseball with enough force to destroy an Abraham tank, right? But what if that baseball is in space, g...

The james webb telescope won't be great for taking pictures of planet as it will be an infra-red telescope.
Hopefully, NASA will have funding for it, then later funding for a replacement for the hubble in normal light wavelength.

This is the best ace of all time. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erich_Hartmann I would think that the German's use of their pilot until they died in combat, helped higher tally. The American and British had better overall quality, because they rotated their best pilot home to train the next wave. Als...

Who would win? 40k versus obscure anime
Ok so imagine 12 space marines, versus the knight saber team from the anime Bubble Gum crisis. They use pretty advance suits of armor that are semi-militarized that can kick anything their society has in term of armor and combat robot. So, who do you think would win? The setting Mega Tokyo 2040, 12 ...

We'll run out of oil, then coal, then gas, depending, and we'll find that alternative fuel are really hard to come by and replace all that fossil fuel we love to use.
Then we'll also have a huge cleanup of the planet to do with limited means.

Re: life sized WH40k armor
IIRC, it's stated in one of the Horus Heresy novels (or possibly Soul Hunter ) that regular power armour adds ~6 inches to an SM's height. Knowing spaces marines are easily over 7 feet tall, and you had an extra 6 inches, also knowing within the space marine themselves there is a wide diversity of ...

They're pretty decent - most life-size Space Marine suits look really goofy after the proportions are altered to fit an actual human. Pity it's a foot too high. Looking at the article on Wired, it shows the line drawing of a Marine against a 1' grid. Thing is, the original version of that, as seen ...
