Re: Let's Play "Rule The Waves" w/ Steve's Custom Country "Cascadia"
If Cascadia can afford a Nimitz-class equivalent it has to be a well-off country
So what happened ? I assume a WW2-like global war, Germany and Japan against the others after the classic breakup of the Danube Monarchy, with parts acquired by Germany and Poland and the Rest balkanized.

I assume the commander of the DD Lee at the time of her sinking was not the Admiral's son ?

I expect he already knows from the look on his face when he checked the map after entering his office. Maybe he has a photographic memory?

Inferno Squad by Christie Golden
Inferno Squad is an upcoming novel by Christie Golden. Takes place after Rogue One and focuses on Imperial special forces trying to destroy the remnants of Saw Gerrera's rebels. I'm looking forward to it, we haven't had a book/comic since from the Imperial POV since the X-Wing comic Making of Baron...

Re: Something big
The shots from in the hangar trenches are amazing, knowing that the smaller bays will still be easily large enough for Tie Fighters really does give a sense of scale. Would it be possible to get a bridge view shot of the capital ships? (As in the view from the bridge looking down the spine of the s...

Re: Something big
Very nice - would be a nice ship in one of the new movies. It's massive, but without the pregnant guppy look.

Interesting turn of events, both in the household and outside - and definitely unexpected.

Re: Something big
They're supposed to be enormous sensor globes. I look forward to having to explain this often... Clearly, they're enormous shield generators. Probably for protecting allied ships or strategic use. ;) A shield projector whose shield engulfes a neighboring vessel might work on a defense platform. May...

Re: World of Warships
Neptune is a monster, even in my hands - two games in her against mostly tier IX and VIII with about 100k dmg and about 2000 base XP.
And I thought Edinburg was good.
I just love the RN CL-line (even Emerald as a fun ship).

George Michael died
Just heard it on the news, moderator cited the BBC as source.
2016 really took many famous singers or is it just because I grew up listening to the on the radio and therefore knew more of them.
RIP

The first third of the movie was a bit... ...
