I usually go by the principle of: 1 nose cannon is worth 2 wing cannons, especially in terms of accuracy.

In random battles I seem to have better effect with the Bismarck than NC, with Bismarck I can put pressure on a flank, but with NC I seem to get focus fired way too much.
