Making Source games use my custom resolution
I can run my desktop in a custom 1080p resoultion and higher but Source games refuse to use resolutions above 1600x1200. This command-line should work: -fullscreen -width 1920 -height 1080 -refresh 60 But it doesn't. I have a XFX 7600GT XXX with 91.31 drivers. Back when I had a GF4MX440 my monitor l...

I also want to know if mods would mess up any saved games. The game version I have is pre-patched to get rid of Hot Coffee.

Repub blogger digging up dirt on Foley victim
"Passionate" America blog Looks like this guy wants to out the kid who Foley sent the instant messages to. Several of his entries on the front page are "Mark Foley is a scumbag, buuuuuut" followed by how much the democrats suck. I don't see the point of copypasta because his lat...

Yeah, except I don't care. Like I said, I know plenty of people with PSPs and nobody with a DS - I don't harrangue them. Great, but why do you feel obligated to ask us some silly question that can't be answered without some hard data? PSPs aren't my thing, but I don't care and aren't about to conve...

Okay, follow me here. PSP guy demonstrates insecurity. I am surprised by this, and wonder if PSP owners are younger/'trendier' than others. With me now? But I think anyone can tell right off the bat that it wasn't a serious question. If it were any other product I think anyone else would raise a re...

That doesn't have anything to do with the mindset that forces you to defend your x of choice while attacking that of others, does it? Well Are PSPs just attractive to the loud insecure part of the population? I don't get this sort of thing for ignoring the 360 or owning a Gamecube, for instance, so...

I've owned a PSP and DSL. The PSP was sold to get some money for my 7600gt. This was after owning it for months. I kept my DSL for less than a week before returning it. My PSP game collection: Lumines SFA3 Double Upper Maverick Hunter X Wipeout Pure Some stupid Ghost Recon game (got it for free thou...

As an Ohioan I can confirm that this is fairly suprising. We are not that conservative a state in all. Mostly the rural fuckwits that vote for this stuff. People who live a hundred miles from the nearest city and STILL are afraid terrorists will 'get' them. Do they think their stinky ass farm is a ...

Can't the fast food joints make the slightest effort to make their food somewhat safe to eat? Are they forced to make their items that unhealthy? Fast food places have tried to offer healthy food, but it generally doesn't do that well and often ends up getting axed. For example, McDonalds tried off...

Any criticism of Isreal from the left means the left hates jews, according to conservative media. Mel Gibson slurs jews directly and then the right wing shits all over themselves while trying to make excuses for him. This happens to be Michael Moore's agent, and Michael Moore has done far more damag...

Corn in your poop, why isn't it digested?
You remember Fat Bastard's remark about having corn in his poop bigger than Austin Powers? In my years of existence I have never had problems digesting things like shrimp tail, crab shells, and even the odd whole m&m. However, I, like everyone else, shits corn out of my butt. Does corn have a pr...

I have an XFX 7600GT XXX card. 7600GTs are in the neighborhood of a 6800GT, probably a little more above it in terms of performance depending on the clock. Personally I would not recommend buying a card that is heavily factory overclocked as they tend to develop problems, even though they shouldn't....
